The Mind

It really can move independent of our body and it the result of observation. When the observation is made by a machine, our mind occupies the machine. A simple experiment that demonstrates something that’s very profound when you think about it:

When we drive a car, we build an input/out put relationship with it. We hear the engine rev high, we react by shifting to a higher gear. We feel the steering wheel pull to the right, we counter to the left. The car becomes an extension of our body. And just as we move out hand by controlling muscles in out wrist, we’ve learned what muscles to activate to make the car go faster, slow down, turn left or right. We can feel when the car goes over a rocky road similar to how we can feel when we walk over rocks. Thru experience of driving a car, we’ve learned what it feels like.
What if we built the same sort of synergy with another person? When they feel something, we sense what they feel. When we feel something, they sense what we feel. We can feel thru them much in the same way we’re feeing thru our cars. So our mind can thus expand beyond our own bodies and into theirs. Out of our own emotional states and into theirs. *They* become part of *us*.
